"I have been frustrated lately with insurance companies with the back and forth policies and changes and especially the fees but more so trying to get a hold of them after I have signed all the papers and have gotten the insurance it seemed the only way to ever talk to them is miss a payment now I've talked to State farms and my agent Jennifer really makes me feel like I am part of something it just feels different talking to her like I've known her for a long time she takes her time she's not rushing me off the phone and she remembers things that I spoke to her on our last conversation I like that I don't think I'll be looking anymore I'm pretty happy here and I think you will be too if you just give Jennifer a call and you will understand what I'm saying"
